Nutri Guide uses the Mifflin-St Jeor formula combined with your activity level (TDEE) to calculate your maintenance calories, then adjusts based on your goal (Lose/Gain weight).
Can I log meals for previous days?
Yes! While Nutri Guide recommends real-time logging for consistency, AI PRO and ELITE users can log meals for any past date using the 'Log Date' selector on the Meals page.
What is the difference between Pro and Elite?
Pro gives you AI insights and macro tracking. Elite adds advanced biometric scanning, metabolic age calculation, and high-precision circadian rhythm tracking.
Is my data secure?

Using a standard dinner plate helps regulate portions without needing a scales:
